Places to get cake decorating supplies:

Michael's Arts & Crafts stores and Hobby Lobby stores have a Wilton aisle. You can find pans, icing colors, bags, tips, candy melts and molds, cookie cutters, etc. The selection is not what you will find at a specialty store, but for most home decorators it is sufficient.  These stores also offer Wilton classes, though the instructor varies from store to store.

The following shops in the Cincinnati area offer a much greater selection of everything mentioned above, as well as high-ratio shortening, ready-made flowers, etc.  They may also offer classes, but not all are official Wilton courses.
