ICES is an international non-profit organization with over 4,000 members worldwide. Members include a large variety of "sugar artists" ranging from the hobbyist and home baker to professional cake decorators, caterers, and exhibitors. Membership includes a monthly newsletter, with articles and photos on buttercream, rolled fondant, royal icing, marzipan, gumpaste, chocolate, etc.
